Northland Regional Ambulance District (NRAD) Executive Director


The Northland Regional Ambulance District (NRAD) serves 350 sq miles in northwest Missouri and a population of about 30000 residents with an annual call volume of 2800 request for service a year. NRAD currently operates 4 - 24 hour ambulances and one 24 hour supervisor to oversee daily operations. NRAD is seeking a progressive leader to continue our mission and exceed the expectations of our growing communities.

NRAD is a political subdivision that operates all functions of local government. Interested candidates should detail their experience in leading local government operations: budgeting, human resource management, planning, medical billing, and compliance with industry regulatory agencies.

Minimum qualifications: Missouri Paramedic license (or ability to obtain reciprocity in one month), BS/ BA in related field of management and/or healthcare, District residency at time frame prescribed by the Board of Directors. Preferred qualifications: Five (5) years previous experience as an administrator or administrative staff member and Five (5) years previous experience in EMS supervisory role.  The ideal candidate will also have proven experience in community engagement and promoting preventive health initiatives.    

Annual salary is dependent upon qualifications as described above within a range of $75k to $95k as an exempt position. Excellent benefits to include 85% paid health, vision, and dental for employee and family. Missouri LAGERS pension benefit and education incentives.
