Mo HealthNet- Representative from Medicaid will present on Treat No Transport, the NEW Provider Manual, information on billing as well as other topics of interest and concern regarding Medicaid reimbursement.

Missouri Bureau of EMS- Taz Meyer, Chief of BEMS will provide updates on the NEMSIS status update, EMS Compact, Mid-License compliance issues, and other current topics.

Just Culture- Mark Alexander

Join Mark as he discusses the The Just Culture concept  that establishes an organization-wide mindset that positively impacts the work environment and work outcomes in several ways. The concept promotes a process where mistakes or errors do not result in automatic punishment, but rather a process to uncover the source of the error.
