Presenters: Jason Klaus and Kat Probst

The Missouri Crisis Intervention Team is a partnership of law enforcement and other first responders, behavioral health providers, hospitals, courts, individuals with lived experience and community partners who are dedicated to implementing the Missouri Model of CIT. Through these partnerships and training, first responders can help individuals in crisis by connecting them with appropriate community resources. The presenters will provide practical information from the behavior health crisis response perspective on expected positive outcomes from a collaborative partnership.
